Lead the full day-to-day running of a luxury tented camp and maintain exceptional service, presentation and safety standards.
Coordinate front of house, housekeeping, food and beverage, guiding, maintenance and guest activities to ensure seamless camp operations.
Run daily briefs, manage rosters, coach the team and resolve guest concerns with discretion and urgency , maintaining a consistently high level of service.
Safeguard assets, control stock and operating costs , and maintain accurate camp records and management reports .
Hospitality or tourism qualification, with at least 5 years' relevant experience and 2 years in camp or lodge management .
Demonstrated leadership in a high-touch guest environment and a practical, hands-on management style.
Sound understanding of lodge controls, food and beverage, housekeeping, maintenance, health and safety .
Willingness and ability to live and work in a remote Delta camp environment , with the resilience and adaptability required for remote operations.
