Graduate AI Software Developer

Structura Advisory develops practical operating systems that help organisations improve workflow, accountability and execution. We are looking for a recent graduate or strong final year student who can help us develop and improve client facing software products.

The role suits someone who has already built at least one working application and can explain the code and decisions behind it. The successful candidate will work closely with the founder and contribute across development, testing, demonstrations and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and improve client facing web applications across frontend and backend components

· Turn business processes and user requirements into working product features

· Use Claude, Codex and similar tools responsibly to support development

· Write code in VS Code and manage changes through Git and GitHub

· Test, debug and document completed work

· Support product demonstrations, user testing and deployment

· Respond to feedback and communicate early when work is blocked

Candidate Requirements

· A recent qualification, or final year study, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field

· Evidence of at least one working personal, academic or commercial application

· Sound programming fundamentals and the ability to understand and explain submitted code

· Ability to learn independently, meet deadlines and work with changing requirements

· Good judgement, professional conduct and care when handling confidential client information

Technical Exposure

Exposure to Python, FastAPI, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL or another relational database, REST APIs, authentication, role based access, automated testing and AI assisted development will be useful. Applicants are not expected to be experts in every technology listed.
