Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Valuer to join our growing property advisory team. The successful candidate will assist in delivering accurate property valuations and market assessments across residential, commercial, and industrial properties. This role provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain practical experience in property inspections, valuation methodologies, market research, and professional reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting property inspections and collecting relevant property data.
- Perform market research and analyze comparable sales and rental information.
- Support valuation calculations using recognized valuation methods.
- Prepare professional property valuation reports and supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate property records and organize valuation files.
- Communicate professionally with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, industry standards, and valuation regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Land Economics, Property Studies, Finance, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
