Deliver safe, informative and memorable game drives, mokoro excursions and other guest experiences , ensuring every activity meets the highest standards of guest care and safety.
Interpret wildlife, ecology, conservation and local culture with confidence, warmth and professionalism, creating engaging and meaningful experiences for every guest.
Support the Camp Manager with daily briefs, guest itineraries, team coordination and duty management to ensure smooth and efficient camp operations.
Maintain guiding equipment, vehicles, activity records and all required safety checks , ensuring operational readiness and compliance with established safety standards.
Valid Botswana Professional Guide licence and all associated permits or certifications required for professional guiding.
At least 3 years' professional guiding experience ; luxury safari-camp experience is preferred.
Excellent spoken English, strong guest-engagement skills and sound wildlife and safety knowledge .
Demonstrable leadership potential and readiness to assume camp-management duties when required .
